Editing Lighting InstrumentsEditing Lighting InstrumentsOnce lighting instruments have been inserted (normally, on a hanging position), many of the parameters of one or more selected instruments can be changed from the Object Info palette and Lighting Device dialog box, and the color, numbering, alignment, and other options can be controlled.
Use the Obróć to rotate lighting instruments interactively, about their individual insertion points. Only the standard 2D and 3D rotation modes are available for lighting instrument rotation. When an instrument is rotated, all accessories attached to the instrument rotate with it. The relevant properties (Rotation, Set 3D Orientation, X Rotation, and Y Rotation) are automatically updated in the Object Info palette.
To select all lighting instruments focused on a particular focus point, right-click on the focus point and select Select Focused Lighting Devices from the context menu. The focus point and any other selected objects are deselected automatically to facilitate faster editing of the lighting instruments.
